Neeta oy sells cartoon e-books published by it. These delivery terms are suitable for ordering products in our online store and for similar deliveries.

These delivery terms are valid from 24.8.2021. We may change the delivery terms unilaterally from time to time, so please read our delivery terms in advance each time you order products from our online store.

Products and product prices

The features and prices of e-commerce products are presented in connection with the product presentation of each product. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs, so please check this. prices from the shopping cart before accepting the order. Product prices include tax, which appears in the shopping cart and order confirmation.

Shipping- and delivery costs

The delivery costs that may be charged for the order depend on the product itself (e.g. weight, packaging) and the chosen delivery method and are automatically added to the total amount of the order. You will see the shipping costs charged for your order (if shipping costs are charged) in your shopping cart before you accept the order.

Ordering and contract

You can order products on the website of our online store by transferring them to the shopping cart and confirming the order and paying for the contents of the Shopping Cart in the payment service. When ordering from our online store, you are required to read and commit to our current delivery terms. You understand that your order, which you have accepted and confirmed, is, except as set forth below in respect of the right of cancellation, binding and creates an agreement between us with these Terms of Delivery

Payment and payment methods

Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) cooperates with Finnish banks and credit institutions as the provider of the payment intermediation service and the payment service provider. Paytrail Oyj appears as the payee on the account statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj has a payment institution license. Order and payment confirmation

After a successful order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email, so please provide your email address when you place your order. The order confirmation also confirms the payment method used.

If for any unexpected reason we are unable to confirm your order, we will notify you by email as soon as possible.

Method of delivery

We will deliver your order using one of the delivery methods mentioned on our website, which you choose in connection with your order.

Delivery time

Digital products are delivered for download immediately upon purchase. Delivery times for non-digital products in Finland are 2–5 days, depending on the order and delivery method.

Right of cancellation and return policy

Digital products do not have right of return. For other products, if you are a consumer, you have the right under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act to cancel the order by notifying us no later than 14 days after receiving the goods or the last batch or, if the goods are regularly delivered, the first batch.

The notice of cancellation must be made clearly, for example, by sending a message to neeta@neetaoy.com


The right of cancellation only applies that the products returned must be in their original packaging, unused and well packaged for return.

If the transaction is canceled, the goods must be returned without delay and no later than 14 days after the cancellation notice has been given to our Return Address below. If necessary, the returner must prove that the goods have been returned on time, for example with a return receipt. The returner must pay the cost of the return. These costs will not be reimbursed to the returner.

When returning a delivered order, include your name and contact information. Accordingly, we will refund the money you paid for the order without delay in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. Payment will be refunded to the payment method used in the order.

Transmission check, error and problem situations

Please check delivery immediately upon receipt. If the product is lost or damaged during transport or does not otherwise correspond to your order or is defective, please notify our Customer Service as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days and we will agree on how we can correct the error. In consumer trade, we comply with the mandatory provisions of the Consumer Protection Act on liability for errors.

Limitation of Liability

Neeta Oy shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential or other damages related to the order, delivery or product or any of the above, except as otherwise provided in a mandatory provision of the Consumer Protection Act or other mandatory law for such damage.

Disagreements

We will endeavor to settle any disputes regarding your order primarily by agreement, so please contact our Customer Service in the first instance to arrange the matter.

If the dispute concerning the trade agreement cannot be resolved through negotiations between the parties, the consumer may refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi). Before taking the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board, the consumer must contact the Consumer Advice of the Local Register Office (www.kuluttajaneuvonta.fi).
